We offer a 100% complimentary demo/trial lesson for all prospective students. This ensures that parents and children can interact with our FIDE-rated coaches, experience our interactive chessboards, and review our structured curriculum before making any financial commitments.

2. Course Fees Refund

Due to our limited batch sizes (maintaining a strict low student-to-coach ratio) and pre-allocated schedule bookings for coaches, course fees once paid are non-refundable.

3. Batch Adjustments and Pauses

We understand that academic calendars and personal requirements change. In lieu of refunds:

• Parents may request to reschedule class slots up to 24 hours prior to class commencement.
• Students may temporarily pause their ongoing program subscription for medical or school exam periods, resuming within a maximum of 90 days.
